Just Manufacturing has recently introduced a line of Medical Device Cleaning Stations for Pre-sterilization wash-down applications. Designed to meet the ongoing challenges of cleaning, and the reprocessing of medical devices which come into contact with patient skin, blood and other bodily fluids and tissues.
Cleanliness and surface quality are critical for medical devices. These Pre-sterilization wash stations are designed to reduce the risks associated with improper or ineffective cleaning of reusable medical devices. These sinks feature a generous drainboard / work area. The drainboards gently slope downward to the main sink bowl, with the option of either a 6” spillway design which facilitates material & instrument retention in the work area, or an unobstructed drainboard.
Just wash stations, feature double bowl designs, including a shallow elongated rectangular bowl with your choice of 16”, 18” and 24” lengths and a 10 1/2” deep main bowl. All models can be configured with the main bowl at the left or right. The sinks come complete with Just’s JPR-501-N pre-rinse faucet with nickel finish, flat grid drain and perforated sliding work surface of the same metal as the sink. The sliding work area features a smooth runner that prevents scratching and allows for smooth movement along the bowl.
These durable medical device cleaning stations are available in either 16 gauge type 304 stainless steel or 18 gauge CuVerro® antimicrobial copper-nickel
