sanitizing water heater for compartments 16" to 18"
square. Maintains water at 1800F. Includes built-in controls,
automatic shut-off, instructions, hose adapter, plug, gaskets
and fittings. One drain opening required for sink, two additional
drain opening required for heater. When ordering, please specify
in which compartment heater is to be installed, and voltage
required. Note: size recommendations based on 1400F
water supply with thirty minute pre-heat period to reach the
sanitizing temperature.
JSSH-39 identical to JSSH-34, except with 9kw, and is also
available as 3 phase in addition to single phase.
