I am looking for install directions for J clip option. I have a total of (90) DCR-ADA-1737 sinks on my project. Countertop is 1 3/8" thick, I have the J clips sent with sinks (which the J clips were speced out for this project) I am not sure how to install these on the sinks and also what kind of tork is required. The clips sent are correct for the countertop thickness they are a 2 part clip, with screw and plastic cap. Any install info would be nice.

I am using Revit to design artist studios for a non-profit service organization in San Francisco. I was hoping to spec your sinks into the design by using your RVT family file and dropping it into my model.

Can you please give a little more detail on why I was rejected from even using your sink families in RVT. It seems to me you might make a few more sink sales by allowing designers to use your family models.

I am also a product designer at Autodesk. Is that why I was rejected?

I am looking at your model tlx-2249-a-gr.  this would be used going into a existing sb48 which has an inside dimension of 46.5.  It looks like this would fit.  this is going into a community center that is supposed to open on June 1st.  The problem is the existing triple sink bowls are not equal and we cannot get a CO until we comply.  Any input would be greatly appreciated

I have cleaned some very large stainless steel tanks, which hold many different chemicals, not sure you need to know that information, however, I need to see if there is some kind of sealer I can put on the tanks after i get them cleaned, so that the next time they are cleaned it will be easier, and you wont see any kind runs, etc. on the tank, and just make them look good again. Can you help with any sugestions, etc. Thanks, Ron.

Customer brought in one of your sinks for us to cut undermount sink hole in the countertop they had ordered. It is your sink but they said it was a discontinued model. I searched long and hard for CAD drawings on your web site but cannot locate this sink. Although all the corners are all radiused, back end is round and front end is rectangular shaped. Stainless Steel and approx 9" deep. One drain hole bottom rear of sink and no overflow. Anywhere I could possibly look online for Cad drawing or picture of cutout for discontiued sinks? CNC needs exact measurements for cutting all the radiuses on this sink. Only numbers on sink are 20110418. Any help would be appreciated.     Robert C Riegner    Bally Block Co.
